Tap Wagon 305 FAQ
Questions before we pull up?
Here are answers to some of the most common questions we hear about our mobile tap truck, mobile bar service, beverage options, setup needs, service areas, and estimate process.
The basics
Mobile tap truck, mobile bar, and event service questions.
Every event is a little different, so we use your estimate request to understand the location, guest count, beverage plan, service style, timing, and setup needs before confirming details.
What is Tap Wagon 305?
Tap Wagon 305 is a Miami-based mobile tap truck and mobile bar service built around a custom Chevrolet HHR with four draft taps. We bring the setup, draft equipment, service experience, and visual centerpiece for South Florida events.
What makes Tap Wagon 305 different from other mobile bars?
Tap Wagon 305 combines professional draft service with the visual appeal of a custom mobile tap truck. The truck creates a natural gathering point, gives guests something memorable to talk about, and supports beer, cocktails, mocktails, wine, prosecco, lemonade, tea, and other specialty beverages.
Do you sell alcohol?
No. Tap Wagon 305 provides mobile bartending, draft setup, and beverage service. Clients purchase or provide alcoholic beverages. We can also serve non-alcoholic options like mocktails, lemonade, tea, and specialty beverages.
What types of events do you serve?
We serve weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, fishing tournaments, brewery activations, employee appreciation events, community gatherings, and brand activations.
Where do you travel?
Our main service areas are Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe County, and the Florida Keys. If your event is nearby, send us the details and we will review timing and travel.
Setup details
Most setups are simple, but we still check the details.
The truck is designed to be flexible and efficient, but location, access, event length, drink volume, weather, and venue rules can all affect what is needed.
Do you need power, generators, or ice?
Our system is typically self-contained for beverage dispensing, and many events do not require outside power or generators. Some event conditions may require additional power, access, ice, or support, so we confirm those details before the event.
What beverages can you serve?
We can serve craft beer, domestic beer, cocktails, mocktails, wine, prosecco, lemonade, tea, and specialty beverages. We will talk through the beverage plan during the estimate process.
Can Tap Wagon 305 be used for non-alcoholic events?
Absolutely. We can serve non-alcoholic options such as mocktails, lemonade, iced tea, soda, water, and other specialty beverages. Tap Wagon 305 can be a great fit for family gatherings, corporate events, school functions, community events, and celebrations of all kinds.
Do you provide the beverages?
Clients are responsible for selecting and purchasing alcoholic beverages for their event. We are happy to help with beverage planning, quantity recommendations, and coordination when requested so the process feels easier.
How do you keep beverages cold during an event?
Our draft system uses commercial-grade cooling equipment designed to keep beverages properly chilled throughout service. Ice is typically not required for beverage dispensing, though some event conditions, backup needs, or specialty service plans may call for additional ice or support.
Is CO2 or nitrogen included?
For staffed events, an initial CO2 and/or nitrogen supply is included based on estimated service needs. Additional tanks, refills, or emergency service may be billed separately if actual use exceeds estimates. For self-pour rentals, clients are generally responsible for supplying gas unless otherwise agreed in advance.
How much space do you need?
Space needs depend on the venue, access path, parking area, and event layout. Share photos or venue notes when possible so we can make sure the setup fits comfortably.
What are the setup requirements?
We need a reasonably level area large enough to safely park the vehicle and serve guests, along with clear access for arrival and departure. Because the truck is typically self-contained for beverage dispensing, setup is often simpler than a traditional mobile bar, but we still review venue access, event length, power needs, and layout before confirming details.
How many guests can Tap Wagon 305 serve?
Guest counts vary depending on beverage selections, event duration, service style, and the number of pours expected. We can support both intimate gatherings and larger events, and we will recommend the best setup once we understand your guest count and beverage plan.
Booking process
Start with the date, time, location, and guest count.
Those details help us check availability and build an estimate that makes sense for the event.
How do I request pricing?
Use the Request a Quote form and include the event date, start and end times, location, guest count, beverage plans, and any venue details you already have.
What are the costs for your services?
Pricing varies based on event date, duration, location, guest count, service style, beverage plan, staffing needs, travel, and setup requirements. Send us the event details and we will build a custom estimate for your event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weddings, weekends, holidays, and peak event seasons. Popular dates can fill quickly, though we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Tap Wagon 305 is a licensed and insured business and can provide Certificates of Insurance when required by venues, property managers, event organizers, and corporate clients.
Do you provide bartenders?
Yes, we can support staffed experiences and help curate bartender support when the event calls for it. Service style is confirmed during the estimate process.
Can you do a Tap Wagon Pull Up at my business?
Yes. Pull Ups are separate from private event bookings and are reviewed based on timing, location, and whether the visit feels like a good fit for both brands.
