Frequently Asked Questions

What is a tap truck?

A tap truck is a mobile beverage service vehicle equipped with draft taps that allow beverages to be served directly from kegs. Tap Wagon 305 combines the functionality of a professional draft system with the visual appeal of a custom-built tap truck, creating a unique experience for weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals and other special occasions.

What makes Tap Wagon 305 different from other mobile bars?

Tap Wagon 305 combines the functionality of a professional draft system with the visual appeal of a custom-built tap truck. Unlike many mobile bar setups, we typically require no generators, no external power and no ice for beverage dispensing. The truck itself becomes part of the experience, creating a unique focal point that guests remember long after the event ends.

What services do you offer?

Tap Wagon 305 provides unique mobile tap experiences for weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals, brewery activations, grand openings, employee appreciation events, trade shows, brand activations and other special occasions throughout South Florida. Our custom-built tap truck serves as both a functional beverage station and a memorable centerpiece for your event.

What types of beverages can be served from the taps?

Our four-tap system can dispense a variety of kegged beverages, including beer, cider, wine, ready-to-serve cocktails, mocktails, lemonade, tea, soda and other specialty beverages. If it can be kegged, there’s a good chance we can serve it.

Can Tap Wagon 305 be used for non-alcoholic events?

Absolutely. Our system can serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including lemonade, iced tea, mocktails, sodas and other specialty drinks. Tap Wagon 305 is a great addition to family gatherings, corporate events, school functions, community events and celebrations of all kinds.

What are the costs for your services?

Pricing varies depending on factors such as event duration, location, guest count and the services requested. Contact us for a personalized quote and we’ll help build a package that fits your event.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak wedding and event seasons. Popular dates can fill quickly, though we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.

What areas do you serve?

Tap Wagon 305 proudly serves Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe counties. Events outside our standard service area may be available upon request.

How many guests can Tap Wagon 305 serve?

Guest counts vary depending on beverage selections and event duration. Our systems can accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger events. Contact us with your estimated attendance, and we’ll recommend the best setup for your event.

How do you keep beverages cold during an event?

Our draft system uses commercial-grade cooling equipment designed to keep beverages properly chilled throughout service. Unlike many traditional mobile bar setups, we do not require ice to dispense beverages.

Do you provide the beverages?

Clients are responsible for selecting and purchasing the beverages for their event. However, we are happy to assist with beverage planning, quantity recommendations and event logistics to help make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Does the truck require electricity or generators?

In most cases, no. Tap Wagon 305 is fully self-contained and can operate without external power hookups, generators or shore power for typical events.

For longer events, multi-day activations or certain specialty setups, access to an electrical hookup may be beneficial. When external power is unavailable, we also have a portable generator available to support those situations. We’ll review the details of your event during the planning process and recommend the best setup for your needs.

What are the setup requirements?

We simply need a reasonably level area large enough to safely park the vehicle and serve your guests. Because our truck is self-contained, setup is often easier and more flexible than traditional mobile bar options. For extended or multi-day events, additional power options may be discussed during the planning process.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Tap Wagon 305 is a licensed and insured business and can provide Certificates of Insurance (COIs) when required by venues, property managers, event organizers and corporate clients.
